Henry Hathaway Principal Solicitor

Henry Hathaway is a qualified Civil & Structural Engineer and has previously spent twelve years in the Construction Industry representing both Contractors and Clients in Engineering and Project Management. He is also a dual qualified solicitor in England and Wales and Ireland.

He acts for clients in relation to disputes and litigation as well as regularly advising on dispute avoidance and alternative dispute resolution. He also acts on non-continues matters on small- and large-scale construction projects using his extensive knowledge of the industry both in Ireland and the UK.

He frequently provides seminars to clients with the purpose of providing education and assistance, which enables company growth and addressing the risks faced within the industry.

He is a board member of the British and Irish Trade Alliance (BITA) which fosters growth and development of companies within both Ireland and the UK.
